We don't ever want you to regret your purchase with Hero SUP.  

If your Hero SUP purchase shows up and you are not 100% satisfied, all you need to do is re-pack it into the original packaging and ship it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full 100% refund of the original purchase price. 

Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please keep your original invoice for returns.

To initiate a return please send us an email with your order # to support@herosup.ca.

The refund will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse.  Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
